With it’s a daily dose of required vegetables & fruits, SMOOTHIES are the best breakfast option which not only saves you from busy morning hassle, as it’s easy & quick to prepare but also boosts your energy level owing to it’s nutrient-packed & extraordinary detoxifying properties. Pumped up with essential vitamins & minerals which keeps you full longer in a healthy way. I have shown you the basic recipes but you can always tailor it to cater to everyone’s need in your family depending on their specific goals or preference. Here I have five of my favourite smoothie recipes to keep you fit & prepare your body for the week’s exposure to harmful chemicals & pollution. Do give them a try!

1) Wholesome Orange Monday Smoothie

Ingredients:-
-1/2 cup orange juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1 peeled, frozen orange
-1 shredded carrot
-1/2 cup peeled & frozen papaya
-Half peach peeled & frozen

2) Radiant Red Tuesday Smoothie

Ingredients:-
-1/2 cup pomegranate juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1/2 cup frozen raspberries
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-1cup watermelon
-Half banana sliced & frozen

3) Wednesday Yellow Tropical Twist Smoothie

Ingredients:-
-1/2cup fresh pineapple juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1/2cup frozen pineapple cubes
-Half cup peeled & frozen mango cubes
-Half banana peeled & frozen
-1/2tsp grated ginger

4) Purple Very Berry Thursday Smoothie

Ingredients:-
-1/2 cup cranberry juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1/2 cup frozen blackberries
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1 Plum frozen & diced
-Half banana sliced & frozen

5) Clean & Green Friday Smoothie

Ingredients:-
-Half lime or lemon juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1 diced avocado
-Half green apple diced & frozen
-A handful of any greens (kale, spinach, mint )

DIRECTION:-
-Blend all the ingredients well in a blender to a smooth consistency.
-Garnish with shredded carrots, pomegranate seeds, mango cubes & mint leaves and a slice of kiwi.
